Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Agent, you’ll play a vital role in enhancing the Agoda experience for our global customers. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Providing detailed information regarding bookings, changes, and cancellations.
• Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining in-depth knowledge of Agoda’s products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Documenting customer interactions and transactions clearly and accurately in our system.
• Collaborating with the operations team to streamline processes and improve the customer experience.
• Contributing ideas for improving our services and customer interaction strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field; relevant experience in customer service is a plus.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations with care.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools is beneficial.
