Role Overview
As a DevOps Engineer, you will play a crucial role in managing our software development lifecycle, from coding and deployment to monitoring and maintenance. You will work closely with development teams to automate processes and improve system reliability. Your expertise will help us optimize our operations and enhance our product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to automate development workflows.
- Manage cloud infrastructure using tools such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define DevOps strategies and best practices.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and optimize system efficiency.
- Implement security best practices in the deployment processes.
- Document systems and processed workflows for seamless handover and training.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a DevOps role or similar.
- Proven experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or Ruby.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
- Knowledge of Agile development practices.
- Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure DevOps Engineer, etc.).
