Your Role
As an EHCP Writer, you will be responsible for:

- Providing guidance and support to families throughout the EHCP process.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A degree in Special Education, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
- Experience in writing EHCPs or working in special educational needs is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of the legal framework surrounding EHCPs and special educational needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with families.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to write clearly and concisely.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
