Role Overview

As a Full Time Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the visual presentation of our products across various retail locations. This role requires a mix of creativity, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with sales goals and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with store management and staff to ensure consistent brand presentation.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that inform merchandising decisions.
• Evaluate product performance through sales data and adjust merchandising tactics accordingly.
• Design and maintain attractive product displays that engage customers and encourage purchases.
• Train and support retail staff in best practices for merchandising and product placement.
• Manage inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking based on sales trends.
• Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitor strategies to keep our merchandising efforts ahead of the curve.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in merchandising or retail management.
• Strong knowledge of retail principles and best practices in visual merchandising.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, layout, and detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• Ability to travel to various locations based on business needs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and merchandising software is preferred.
