Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying their home loan needs and recommending appropriate products.
• Gather and analyze financial information from clients to determine eligibility for loan products.
• Educate clients on loan options, interest rates, and the application process.
• Prepare and review loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate the loan process with underwriters, mortgage processors, and real estate agents.
• Follow up with clients about their loan status and address any questions or concerns.
• Maintain relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and support for future loans.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitive loan products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in mortgage lending or a related financial services field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in using loan origination software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
