Position Overview

The Employer Help Centre at Indeed serves as a vital resource for businesses seeking assistance with their hiring needs. As a Specialist, you will provide expert guidance and support to employers, helping them to leverage our tools and resources to find the right talent. You will have the opportunity to directly impact employers’ experiences and contribute to their success.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from employers with a focus on providing high-quality support and solutions.
• Assist employers in understanding and effectively utilizing Indeed’s hiring solutions and products.
• Contribute to the development of training materials and resources for employers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes and enhance the employer experience.
• Monitor and track employer feedback to identify areas for improvement and escalate issues when necessary.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in recruitment technology.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in customer service, human resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a customer support role, ideally in the recruitment or HR industry.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering results.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Indeed’s suite of products and services is a plus.
