As a Pizza Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our restaurant and play a critical role in ensuring our customers have a fantastic experience. You will be responsible for delivering hot, fresh pizzas to homes and businesses while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and other menu items to customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Provide excellent customer service at every delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Handle cash and electronic payments securely and accurately.
• Assist with order preparation during peak hours when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding any delivery issues or customer feedback.
• Be adaptable to varying work hours and locations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Proven experience in customer service or delivery experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
• Must be able to navigate efficiently using GPS and local knowledge of the area.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift pizza boxes (up to 25 lbs) and navigate stairs if necessary.
