Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage a portfolio of residential and commercial properties, ensuring they are consistently occupied and maintained to the highest standards. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple properties.
  • Conducting regular property inspections and addressing maintenance issues promptly.
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and owners.
  • Preparing and managing annual operating budgets and financial reports.
  • Implementing marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants.
  • Handling tenant applications, leases, and renewals.
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
  • Addressing tenant complaints and resolving conflicts in a timely manner.
  • Coordinating move-ins and move-outs of tenants efficiently.
  • Supervising on-site staff and contractors as needed.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in property management.
  • Strong knowledge of property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
  • Valid real estate license in Washington State or the ability to obtain one within six months.
