Job Overview
As a Sport Development Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and implementing programs that enhance sports participation and develop talent. You will work closely with local clubs, schools, and communities to ensure that everyone has access to quality sports opportunities. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sport development programs that cater to various community needs.
- Collaborate with schools, clubs, and community organizations to increase participation in sports.
- Organize and promote local sporting events, competitions, and activities.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of programs.
- Engage with community members and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- A degree in Sports Management, Sports Development, or a related field.
- Experience in community sports development or program coordination.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
