Job Responsibilities

As part of our team, your daily responsibilities will include:

Performing tree inspections to assess health and safety.
Carrying out tree maintenance tasks such as pruning, cabling, and bracing.
Utilizing equipment safely and effectively to carry out tree care operations.
Identifying pest issues and diseases, and discussing treatment options with clients.
Educating clients on the benefits of tree preservation and proactive maintenance.
Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

A high school diploma or equivalent; further education in forestry or arboriculture is a plus.
Prior experience in tree care, landscaping, or a related field.
Knowledge of tree species, growth patterns, and environmental care.
Strong physical stamina and capability to work in various weather conditions.
A valid driver’s license; certification from ISA (International Society of Arboriculture) is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position, with the expectation of working during standard business hours (Monday to Friday) and occasional weekends or holidays depending on project needs. We strive to provide a flexible schedule when possible.
