Available Positions
We are currently looking for motivated individuals to fill the following positions within our TB Control Program:
1. TB Program Coordinator
The TB Program Coordinator will oversee the implementation of TB initiatives, including community education and outreach efforts. Responsibilities include:
- Developing and managing program goals and strategies.
- Coordinating with local health departments and community organizations.
- Monitoring program performance and reporting outcomes.
- Leading training sessions for staff and volunteers.
2. TB Case Manager
The TB Case Manager will work directly with patients diagnosed with TB. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting patient interviews and health assessments.
- Creating individualized care plans.
- Providing education on TB prevention and treatment options.
- Coordinating with healthcare providers for comprehensive patient care.
3. Outreach Educator
The Outreach Educator will facilitate community engagement and education regarding TB prevention. Duties include:
- Developing educational materials in collaboration with the program team.
- Conducting presentations and workshops in various community settings.
- Building relationships with community stakeholders.
- Gathering and analyzing data to assess outreach effectiveness.
Candidate Requirements
To be successful in any of these roles, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in public health, nursing, social work, or a related field.
- Experience in health program management, clinical care, or community outreach is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of TB and infectious diseases is a plus.
