Job Responsibilities
As a Weekend Data Entry Specialist, your main responsibilities will include:
- Entering, updating, and verifying data in our database systems accurately and efficiently.
- Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all information submitted.
- Performing regular data quality checks and flagging discrepancies.
- Collaborating with the data management team to improve processes and workflows.
- Assisting in generating reports, as needed.
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate for the Weekend Data Entry Job will possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data entry or computer sciences is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Excellent typing skills with a minimum of 50 words per minute.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and experience with data entry software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and manage time effectively.
Working Hours and Compensation
This is a part-time position designed specifically for weekends. The working hours are:
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We offer a competitive hourly wage of $15 – $18 depending on your experience, along with opportunities for advancement within the company. All employees are eligible for bonuses based on performance metrics, ensuring a rewarding experience for team members who excel in their roles.
